  • BA Design alumna Millicent Barty will launch her new fashion label at the upcoming London Pacific Fashion Week in February 2021.
  • Tom Oates and Rachel Orphan (BA Design class of 2020) are amongst shortlisted graduates for the i-D and ARTSTHREAD Global Design Graduate Show 2020, which will announce its winners soon. Rachel was also featured in an i-D interview related to the event.
  • Recent BA Design graduates Meg Evans and Luke Radcliffe-Moore are setting up a Sustainable Design Zine, with contributions from many other young creatives. You can pre-order online.
  • Richard Harris, Head of Design and Technology at Raynes Park High School, has won the Pearson National Teaching Silver Award for ‘Teacher of the Year’. Richard is a 2004 graduate of the BA Education with Design and Technology at Goldsmiths, and he was part of the Design Teacher Training Programme in our department.
  • Propaganda, a board game initially developed by Sindi Breshani (BA Design 2018) as a graduation project, is amongst nominated games at IndieCade Anywhere and Everywhere (online, October 16-24).
  • A documentary film directed by Amy Clegg (BA Design 2019) is part of the official selection at Essex DocFest 2020, which will take place online at the end of October.
  • Zoe Stromberg (BA Design 2018) is amongst artists whose artwork is being auctioned online to support the reopening of the Vagina Museum in London.
