The Orwell Foundation have once again decided to work with the Goldsmiths Design students to create the trophies for the prestigious Orwell Prize for political writing, to to be presented at an awards ceremony in June 2018.
The competition is open to the following students:
1.BA Design (Year 2 and Year 3)
2.MA Expanded Practice
3.PGCE Design and technology
4.Alumni (BA Design, PGCE, MA, graduates in year 2017)
The project can be undertaken by individuals or groups. Please send your submissions by 23 March 2018 at 4 pm; more details can be found in the project brief, brand guidelines and project timeline.
UPDATE: The deadline for submissions has been extended until Friday, 4 May 2018 at 5 pm. The organisers also wish to announce that the chosen submission will receive £500 to support the making of the final awards.
