On May 29 and 30, the Centre for the Study of Invention and Social Process at Goldsmiths (based in the Sociology department) is celebrating its tenth anniversary with an event that will explore the challenges of “inventing the social”. Dr Alex Wilkie from the Design department is one of the event’s organisers.
“In this symposium, we celebrate the 10th anniversary of CSISP by exploring renewed efforts at the socialisation of technology, the environment and implicated entities, both as a phenomenon to be investigated and as a challenge to savour and respond to.
